I insure all my quilts and add tracking. Because of the value of the quilt I require a signature confirmation. This is on quilts only. Other packages will not require a signature.
Refunds
I am willing to refund your purchase less shipping and handling as long as you return your item within 3 days from delivery and the item is still in new (not used or washed) condition. Please notify me before returning.
I will be very happy to correct anything that is wrong at my expense as long as it is my mistake. I strive to do quality work with quality items that will last for many years to come and want my customers to be satisfied. I make my quilts to be used and enjoyed and hopefully to be handed down to other family members.
